Application Guidelines:


• The parent applying for assistance must be a single parent or have only one working parent to qualify for assistance.

• The diagnosed child must currently be in treatment and under the age of 18 to receive assistance.

• This program does NOT approve applications on a first-come, first-served basis. All requests will be reviewed individually and considered for funding after each monthly deadline.

• Copies of all bills and rental payments must be submitted with application prior to review. No checks will be issued to anyone expect the Merchant on the utility or rent payment. 

• A brief narrative describing the child's condition and the families need must be included and written by the social worker, child life specialist, or hospital personnel.

• Social Worker will be notified of approval or denial

• If the check is not ca shed in 60 days of printing date, Ayden's Army of Angels has the right to cancel the check.

Ayden's Army of Angels is proud to announce that we will now be offering transportation for our Pediatric Cancer & Sickle Cell Patients. You may request a ride to and from the Hospital/Clinic as well as to your local Pharmacy. Ayden's Army of Angels will also provide transportation services to the grocery store to enable parents to properly provide nutrition for their sick child. This option will be at the discretion of AAOA staff , we request 24 hr notice to arrange your ride. We know that treatment can be very unpredictable so we will not limit the amount of rides available to a family, as long as the need is related to the treatment of the fighter.

*Cooper's Comfort Cooler Program*

Cooper's Comfort Cooler prepares a family with a new diagnosis for treatment. Composed of several items that will assist the fighter and their Mother during long hospital stays. The Cooler also comes with a list of financial and family resources from foundations located in the United States who will also be able to assist during treatment. Cooper's Comfort Cooler welcomes a Cancer family to the Cancer Community, leaving them prepared and ready for treatment. A $300 grant is also given with Coopers Comfort Cooler to help our families with new Diagnosis assistance with missed work. (grants issued based on available funding)
